The integration provides financial institutions with direct feedback from their members/customers while they are in the application process. The result is that financial institutions are immediately informed regarding their measure of success, recurring issues, or general areas for improvement.
The Smiley Digitals provide a 3-tier survey that categorizes the applicants’ responses and encourages detailed commentary.
Survey results are provided in near-real time via the HappyOrNot Reporting Portal, and daily and weekly emails are automatically sent to the appropriate executives at each financial institution.. The dynamic, highly graphical reports enable the financial institution to view current and historical survey results.
The Smiley Digitals may be purchased in 3, 4 or 5 packs which are paired to the specific type of MeridianLink application.
